"I have a situation....?" "I am not sure what the law is on this point....?" "Can you help me with the required training to make this work for me?" no other safety sales company can do that, and most manufacturers will not do it.... "we are not your 'qualified persons'.." "we are not your 'competent person',,,,". AT PREFERRED SAFETY THEIR SAFETY PROS WILL TELL YOU HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU QUALIFIED PERSON IS DEFENSIBLE, AND READY TO APPLY THE SAFETY DEVICE, SAFETY MEANS, SAFETY TRAINING (THAT YOU GET FROM THIER FILES AND CERTIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS)!! And if you need a third part to certify your plans or help you develop your plans or training, or comply with USACE, Govt. , General Contractor's, or DOE, or other requirements, They can do that for a fee by bringing you together with their consultants.
