While researching our purchase, I contacted customer service through the link at johnatencio.com and also e-mailed several of their stores directly but never received a response. We found a jeweler here in Michigan that carrries the line and eventually purchased a yellow gold diamond ring from the Signature Collection. I am very pleased with the design but not the durability. After just 6 months of careful wear, the ring is noticibly scratched. I will purchase from another designer next time.
