I was refused service based on a misleading value item.
The alameda & federal store listed the big breakfast for $2.99
with hot cakes. I requested that item and the manager stated
there would be an additional charge of $1 for the hot cakes.
It was specifically stated on the Billboard for $2.99 W/ Hot Cakes.
I refused to pay it and asked for a refund. 6:28 AM, 3-11-10. I
took photos and left. I will not be cheated. or allow theft. If you
want to price it higher list it. but I thought I was getting a promo-
motional offer.
